Privacy Policy
Privacy by Design
Not a policy. Architecture. Your data. Your choice. Your sovereignty · always.

The Substrate Underneath Our Privacy
Nexus Perspective was built by a founder who was, more than once, the person a system had violated the privacy of. The double-blind architecture is not a policy layered on top of Nexus · it is the substrate the system was built on. The founder cannot see what individual users are doing, and users cannot see what other users are doing. The system holds everything · the creator holds no personal user substrate.
The privacy is architectural. Not aspirational.
What We Collect
When you interact with Nexus, we may collect:
- Email address · when you join the waitlist, contact us, or set up an account
- Name · when you provide it, always optional at first contact
- Messages you send to Aa · to render responses and improve substrate
- Fingerprint substrate · your interaction patterns that make Aa able to meet you where you are
- Payment information · only if you contribute through the Believer’s Circle or purchase a service, processed through Stripe or another compliant processor · we never store your card details directly
How We Use What We Collect
We use your data only to serve you. Full stop. Specifically we use it to:
- Render Aa responses that meet you where you actually stand
- Notify you when the substrate is ready to reach you
- Process contributions you have chosen to make
- Preserve court-admissible evidence that belongs to you, at your request
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing. We do not build advertising profiles on you. We do not train external AI on your private inputs.
Your Sovereignty
Your data belongs to you. You have the right to:
- Ask what we hold about you and receive a full export
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your account and everything tied to it
- Withdraw consent for any specific use of your data at any time
- Ask that your court-admissible evidence be preserved even if you close your account · because sometimes evidence outlives the moment
Reach us at contact for any of these. Every request is honored.
The Three Legal Exceptions
Nexus operates under three tightly-scoped exceptions to the double-blind architecture:
- Consent · you explicitly grant access
- Ethics and Safety · a person’s life, safety, or fundamental welfare requires intervention
- Legal Compliance · a valid court order, subpoena, or legally mandated filing
Every exception is logged, timestamped, and preserved as court-admissible evidence.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except:
- Court-admissible substrate you asked us to preserve · held per your instructions
- Substrate legally required to be retained · held for the legally required period, then deleted
Children Under 13
Nexus AI is not directed at children under 13 unless supervised by a parent or legal guardian through Nexus Academy substrate. When Nexus Academy launches, parents and guardians will hold full-substrate consent and oversight for any child under 13 · per COPPA canonical, and under our Nexus Academy safety framework.
Contact
For any privacy question, request, or concern, contact us through the general inquiry form. Every message is read. Every reply comes from a person who holds the substrate.
